Featuring paintings by Tim Merrick and sculpture by Ann Reichlin.
Tim Merrick 87 PT and Ann Reichlin 82 CR will be showing in a two-person exhibition at the Corners Gallery in Ithaca, NY. Straddling 2D and 3D forms of expression, their interests overlap through their similar preoccupations with processes of building and unbuilding, visceral surfaces and circular geometries.
Reichlin and Merrick met by way of residencies at Sculpture Space in Utica, New York. Their parallel bodies of work when viewed together, reinforce the ideas of both artists.
