Meet the Author Series: "Monster Wares Stories"

Join us for a special "Meet the Author" event featuring an engaging live reading from Anthony Peer 16 ID at the Sea Cliff Arts Council on Saturday April 12 at 2 pm.

You can follow along with the stories and product development on Anthony's Instagram and The Monster Wares Instagram. These accounts will be sharing a unique collection of alliterative monster stories designed to help navigate negative emotions through positive thinking and fresh perspectives. Each story follows a vibrant character—Red Rob Rage, Pink Panic Pat, Blue Boohoo Bob, Green Goofy Goblin, Yellow Yucky Yarvin, and Orange Ornery Ox, and Violent Violet Vicy—teaching valuable emotional lessons in a fun immersive and memorable way. 

The author will bring these characters to life by performing the readings in full character, complete with 3D-printed head accessories for each monster available for purchase along with each Monster Wares character book. There will be signed copies of the storybooks along with colorful acrylic iPhone stands that go along with each Monster Wares character available for purchase. 

Proceeds from the books and phone stand sales will support NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) in raising awareness for mental health. Don't miss this immersive, meaningful, and entertaining event! 

Anthony Peer is an industrial designer / writer and creator of the Monster Wares products. The products are made with the purpose to instill better emotional management tools and promote mental health awareness. As a graduate in industrial and product design Anthony has worked throughout Industries ranging from children’s consumer electronics, recycling solutions, and is currently working in the customer service and self service industries with patent pending products in the security sector. Aside from his professional career Anthony is and avid open water swimmer and triathlete and enjoys 3D-printing and singing in the car with the windows down at the top of his lungs.
