Jason Yoon 01 PT has been named as a member for President Biden's Commission on Presidential Scholars.
The Commissioners are appointed by the President due to their achievements in their professional fields. The Commissioners make the final selection of the United States' 161 Presidential Scholars—students recognized for their exceptional abilities "in academics, the arts, career and technical education and an outstanding commitment to public service."
The White House released a statement about the Commissioners on July 15, 2022.
