Quarantine Thoughts and Drawings
QUARANTINE THOUGHTS AND DRAWINGS – "FIGHTING THE PANDEMIC" is my illustration project during the COVID-19 isolation.
As we know, 2020 started in a hard mode. The pandemic COVID-19 and the following self-isolation have changed everyone’s daily work and life. When WFH (work from home) and “social distancing” become a new normal, visit families or hang out with friends become inconvenient, people under quarantine might inevitably encounter insecurity, anxiety, and loneliness.
This series of QUARANTINE illustrations are created between April and May 2020, under the MA government Stay-at-Home order. As a witness of this unprecedented time, I hope to express what I have seen, heard, and thought through this series of illustrations, and bring a positive, sweet, or even laughing moment to my readers. We believe, with the optimism and collective efforts, the global pandemic will be overcome.
