"Objects: USA 2024"
A large group exhibition featuring numerous RISD alumni is opening at R & Company in New York City. It will be on view September 6, 2024-January 9, 2025.
Joyce Lin 17 FD will have her works included in "OBJECTS: USA 2024" CELEBRATES THE PATHBREAKING WORK OF SOME OF TODAY’S MOST INNOVATIVE AMERICAN DESIGNERS AND ARTISTS. Through nearly 100 objects by 55 visionary makers, the major survey exhibition challenges traditionally understood boundaries between fine art, craft, and design and captures the diversity of individuals propelling handmade processes in compelling new directions. Many of the featured works defy easy categorization, teetering between sculpture and functional furniture and between art objects and beautifully-crafted everyday tools."
