Alum teaches for the Santa Fe Book Arts Group

Marci Ross Easterbrook 04 IL presented and taught an online book arts workshop to the Santa Fe Book Arts Group (BAG) in August titled "Sense and Signatures."

The topics included observation and engagement with senses and materials. The class developed books into sculpture content, ultimately creating a five signature side bound artist book.

Marci teaches Book as Sculpture at Santa Fe Community College (SFCC) online throughout the year. She has been adjunct faculty for ten years teaching lithography, book arts and papermaking. SFCC will publish a catalog of the faculty show this year which includes Marci's book installation, "Los Poblanos Fields." It is four books with various bindings and uses the materials of paper, fiber, clay, metal, found materials and mixed media.
