Marisa Adesman MFA 18 PT will have her debut museum exhibition at KMAC Contemporary Art Museum in Louisville, KY.
Marisa Adesman’s delicately crafted, dreamlike paintings are typically located within the spheres of domesticity. Unsettling our sense of interior space, memory, and time, she composes tableware, candles, houseplants, flowers, linens, kitchen utensils, and furniture into strange and unusual arrangements that destabilize our notions about the proper order of house and home.
