JK5 Re-invents Classic Topps Ted Williams Baseball Card
Topps has asked 20 artists to re-interpret 20 of their most classic baseball cards.
Joseph Ari Aloi 94 IL, known professionally as JK5, has re-created the classic 1954 Ted Williams Topps baseball card as a part of Topps's Project 2020.
“It was a chance to take the cards out of this world while honoring the original graphic design elements,” said Aloi, who visited Fenway Park while he was in college. “I wanted to bring it to life with my own aesthetics and make it something unique. I’ve had a lot of fun with this.”
