"A Wild Ride" (2025)

This piece was created as a part of a local art show called Pen and Paint. Several local authors create short stories or poems and then several local artists pick one and create a piece of art to go with it. Then both the art and the story/poem are displayed in the Saint Peters Cultural Art center. My illustration was created from an unpublished short story called "A Trip to the Dentist." by Laurie Alberswerth. It was a story about a young lady leaving the dentist after having major dental work and all the funny things that she experienced on her way home.
