Jiamin Yang has worked with the Thai firm Jenchieh Hung + Kulthida Songkittipakdee / HAS Design and Research and they have received this year’s winner at International Architecture Award. The Bangkok-based firm is among the global elite, alongside Zaha Hadid Architects, Tadao Ando, and Pei Cobb Freed & Partners.
Jiamin Yang, has worked in the Thailand-based architecture studio Jenchieh Hung + Kulthida Songkittipakdee / HAS Design and Research and has been selected for his extraordinary architecture as this year’s Laureate of International Architecture Award by both The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies. They join an elite group of global winners, including Zaha Hadid Architects, Tadao Ando Architect & Associates, and Pei Cobb Freed & Partners—all past recipients of the Pritzker Architecture Prize, often referred to as the “Nobel Prize of Architecture.”
Since 2004, The International Architecture Awards have been a way to honor the best, significant new buildings, landscape architecture, and planning projects designed and/or built around the world’s leading architects, landscape architects, and urban planners practicing nationally and internationally. The International Architecture Awards give an important global overview of the current aesthetic direction of today’s commercial, corporate, institutional, and residential work to the real estate, banking, business, and corporate community, as well as to the press and general public worldwide. And this year, the winner goes to the Thai firm, Jenchieh Hung + Kulthida Songkittipakdee / HAS Design and Research, and Muze Ouyang is also on the award list official page.
The 2025 International Architecture Awards is organized by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design in collaboration with The European Center for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
