Sun Lives Long Apparel Limited Run
I have an exciting update on a project I started in 2014 at RISD called Sun Lives Long.
The Sun Lives Long project stands to take an active stance towards promoting equality and awareness for the creatures of earth, as well as to impart a sense of kinship towards the planet through the use of street art, guerrilla marketing, and illustration. I've worked as an artist in Denver, CO since 2017 and recently I partnered with a local print shop to print and sell the first official SUN T-shirts as a limited edition print run. A portion of all profits go towards ocean conservation via the Blue Planet Society.
I'm hoping to be able to attract enough buzz around this to expand the possibilities for the Sun Lives Long mission: spreading the fact that we must defend earth, and all life that inhabits it. Some of my original stickers and stencils from the beginning of this project are still in Providence. Illustration professor Randy Willier helped me get the SUN Project going. The project initiative has started to take hold out here in Denver and I owe it all to RISD.
