"Ocotillo - Fouquieria splendens" by Deborah Ravin
International Exhibition of Botanical Art & Illustration
Deborah Ravin’s pen and ink illustration, Ocotillo - Fouquieria splendens, was accepted into the 16th International Exhibition of Botanical Art & Illustration at the Hunt Institute for Botanical Documentation, Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh.
The artwork, one of 41 entries from around the world, has also been gifted by the artist to the Hunt Institute to remain part of its permanent collection. Deborah and her husband Mark Schornak, along with friends and family members, attended the opening reception on October 16th.
