Spirals Series
A new series by Mary Curtis Ratcliff was inspired by postcards of Ratcliff's works originally used as invitations to exhibitions over the last many years. One day in Ratcliff's studio, she fanned out a stack of postcards like a deck of playing cards and saw patterns in the repetition of the images. Voilà! A new series was born.
This series was exhibited as part of Art for the Winter Solstice at Mercury 20 Gallery in Oakland, CA in December 2024.
