"Banned Books 2025"
I had an exhibit of 20 portraits of people reading banned books in the Main Boston Public Library in Copley Square, Boston, MA. The portraits were of people of all ages from pre school to ninety eight. The exhibit was up for three months: January, February and March 2025.
I organized a related event with two speakers in an auditorium at the library. They were artist, Cullen Washington, JR, and author, Joshua Rubenstein. They spoke about the importance of books in shaping their lives. I was also interviewed on Public Radio, Under the Radar with Callie Crossley.
