Peter Barrett will be among the experts presenting at KojiconneCT, an all-day fermentation workshop in Stonington, CT.

This is the first in-person event to spin off from KojiCon, a festival that originated during Covid as a means of expanding and strengthening the vibrant community of amateur and professional fermenters with a particular focus on koji — the mold used to create soy sauce, miso, sake, and much more. Koji has the ability to transform your cooking, making it more delicious than you imagined possible. And it's easy!
