In my journey as a product designer for others and now launching my own home furnishings empire, I finally have my own website.
It started with ceramics but I am adding furniture, lighting, home decor and jewelry. It helps that (with the exception of jewelry), these are the categories that I've designed for the last 20 years.
It's funny though - I've always dreamed about this day, but I've always designed with constraints, usually those imposed on me by others such as budget, manufacturing, etc. - and now, I have to impose those as well as pick new directions. The good thing is that I've honed my aesthetic over time and know what I want.
