Art Since RISD
Emily Habansky has been living in the San Francisco Bay Area for 10 years and has been creating abstract gestural paintings in the 15 years since she graduated from RISD's Jewelry and Metalsmithing Department. She has exhibited and sold original multimedia paintings on both the East and West Coast. She combines photography and painting processes into multimedia paintings nailed into birch panel. Her preference is to not sell prints but the originals themselves and she has sold quite a few without much Gallery representation.
It is important for her as an artist and designer that her collector has an impactful piece of art.
