Woman Made: Great Women Designers by Jane Hall brings together the work of over 200 female product designers, from more than 50 countries, spanning from the early twentieth century through today.
Carol Catalano, founder and president of Catalano Design, is profiled in the book. The firm’s featured work, the Capelli Stool, is now in its 20th year of production exclusively with Herman Miller. When designing Capelli, the approach was to invite boundless thinking, to push creative boundaries and allow new ideas to emerge. We are honored that our work resulted in recognition among such notable and outstanding women designers.
