Ceramics Award
In April, my ceramic mask GAIA won the Ceramics Award at the 108th Annual Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts Exhibition held at the Mystic Museum of Art. The jurors were Paul Baylock and Scott Bricher.
About the piece: "A seamless joining of sculpture and illustration in a monumental scale which makes this clay piece special. We hark back to the work of Giuseppe Arcimboldo for a kindred spirit."
