Art sampler from my illustrated novella, GODZELDA DESTROYS SALINAS as serialized in the Foolish Times from 2022-2024. The first Godzelda “illustrations inches were executed in the manner of classic animated cartoons; penciled drawings traced onto acetate “cels inches overlaid on painted or photographic backgrounds. Today, they are complex Photoshop assemblages; made from hand-drawn artwork, altered and adjusted images and arranged in layers for a composite. The final image accompanying the story text has had all layers merged into a single one to reduce file size, while the multi-layered original is retained in case changes are warranted in the future.
"Godzelda Destroys Salis" was written and the art created by me: Da B. Larrabee appearing as a serial feature in Steve Prodes' Foolish Times from 2022 - 2024.
