My fourth poster in the Fifty-Nine Parks print series, each of them a celebration of the dramatic sedimentary rock formations of the southwestern United States. I love doing plein air studies out on the road, and so these are a very meditative extension of that same activity—trying to balance the overall composition of the poster, while staying as true as I can to the geological anatomy of the places themselves.
