Loading screen artwork for The Legend of Korra x Fortnite collaboration, honoring my contribution to the series for my work on The Legend of Korra: Turf Wars graphic novels. It had been almost a decade since I'd worked on the comics before being asked to make this, and it was a pleasure to return to the IP that helped launch my career. As Bryan Konietzko and Mike DiMartino, the creators of “Avatar: the Last Air Bender” and “The Legend of Korra”, are also RISD alums, choosing this piece felt especially appropriate for this exhibition.
