By manipulating elements like reflections and architectural details, and the people who occupy those spaces in various actions, I illustrate scenes that are both recognizable and figments of my experience living in NYC. Illustrating a time and place in great detail that is familiar but unique. This invites viewers to engage in a dialogue between reality and their imagination.
