Class of 2024 Graduation Celebration Card Program
The Class of 2024 is about to become full-fledged members of our global alumni community—and that is something to celebrate.
To honor our graduates' achievements, welcome them to the Alumni Association and let them know that RISD remains part of their journey, we are launching a new program for Commencement 2024.
We are asking alumni to sign up and commit to writing notes to our graduates on cards you have designed, created or even purchased. We encourage you to share your congratulations, RISD memories or words of wisdom about life after graduation. Cards will be mailed to the Office of Alumni + Family Relations to be distributed to our graduates before Commencement.
How to participate:
- Sign up using the button above. You will have the option to sign up and send cards for multiple graduates if you would like (the Class of 2024 has 650 students!)
- Design, create or purchase a card. As always, we encourage you to design or create your own card or note, however we understand that purchasing a card might be the best option for you.
- Craft a personal message for a graduate. Your message could be memories of RISD or your graduation, what it was like starting out as a new RISD grad, advice on life after RISD or lessons you learned in your career. Don’t forget to Include your name, graduation year and major
- Mail your card to Alumni + Family Relations. Alumni + Family relations must have the cards no later than May 1, 2024 in order to ensure that all the cards are distributed to graduates before Commencement.
This is the first year for this new initiative and we hope that we can make it an annual tradition. We want to show our new alumni that the RISD community is still here to support them and cheer them on. Sign up today and help make this milestone extra special for the Class of 2024.
