How can I get a copy of my transcript or other academic information?
Everything related to your grades, the courses you took and other academic information about you is on file in the Registrar’s Office. The fastest route to finding what you need is to go directly to the RISD Registrar’s site.

How can I share news about my recent activities (exhibition, marriage, award, job change, etc.) with other alumni?
We are no longer accepting or displaying class notes on the website, but email us to share personal and professional news about what you’ve been up to in the print version of RISD XYZ and on RISD’s online exhibitions page.

How can I make an Annual Fund contribution or give to RISD in some other way?
It's easy to make a gift – especially online – and you can even designate where you want your money to go. Why not start now?

How do I get a new alumni card? And why would I want one in the first place?
To request an alumni card, email Claire Robinson, or call her at 401 454-6379. Current benefits include a 10% discount at the RISD Store and risd|works, discounts off of certain Continuing Education classes, and borrowing privileges at the RISD library. Alumni with a card may also rent the use of RISD's Tillinghast Farm on Narragansett Bay in Barrington, RI.

How can I participate in an alumni art sale?
If you're a RISD alum who graduated from an undergraduate or graduate degree program or a Continuing Education certificate program, you’re welcome to apply to participate in each RISD alumni sales. The sales take place three times a year in Providence: in the spring (late April), in the fall (late October), and in the winter (early December). You can find out everything you need to know here.

How can I find and connect with alumni in my area? And how do I go about starting an alumni club if there aren’t any near me?
The best way to get in touch with alums in your area is to: 1) make sure your contact information is up-to-date with the Alumni Relations, so that you’ll receive notices about events in your area, and 2) check in with the club leader or contact in your area so that you’re aware of any events or activities already planned.
